What you will be doing
Manage customer requirements through technical research, market analysis, and Quantum interrogation

Oversee warranty, RMA, credit note, and off-core return processes

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Analyste Inventaire capable de jouer un rôle stratégique et opérationnel dans la gestion de nos stocks. La personne titulaire du poste contribuera activement à l’optimisation des niveaux d’inventaire, à l’amélioration des processus et à la fiabilité des données.
Rôle :
Analyser les niveaux d’inventaire, les tendances de consommation ainsi que la demande en pièces, composants et consommables
Maintenir des niveaux de stock optimaux afin de soutenir les opérations de réparation tout en réduisant les excédents et l’obsolescence
Mettre en place, au besoin, des indicateurs de performance pertinents
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI), tels que l’exactitude, la rotation et la disponibilité des stocks
Identifier les articles à faible rotation ou obsolètes et recommander des actions correctives
Effectuer les inventaires cycliques, analyser les écarts et assurer la mise en place d’actions correctives
Assurer la traçabilité complète des pièces tout au long des processus de réparation et de remise en stock
Collaborer à la définition des nomenclatures (BOM) et des trousses de pièces pour les réparations standardisées
Concevoir des tableaux de bord et produire des rapports afin de soutenir la prise de décision
Analyser les données des systèmes afin d’identifier les inefficacités et les opportunités d’amélioration
Participer activement à l’implantation ou à l’amélioration des systèmes ERP.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation système et les procédures opérationnelles (SOP).
Former les utilisateurs et agir comme expert fonctionnel (SME) pour les modules d’inventaire.

One of the main divisions of the AJW Group is AJW Technique, a state-of-the-art component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility with over 150 experienced and passionate technicians in Montreal.
The Inventory Analyst is capable of playing both a strategic and operational role in managing our inventory. The successful candidate will actively contribute to optimizing inventory levels, improving processes, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Main responsibilities:
Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and demand for parts, components, and consumables
Maintain optimal stock levels to support repair operations while minimizing excess and obsolescence
Establish relevant performance indicators as needed
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as accuracy, turnover, and stock availability
Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend corrective actions
Perform cycle counts, analyze discrepancies, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Ensure full traceability of parts throughout repair and restocking processes
Collaborate in defining Bills of Materials (BOM) and repair kits for standardized repairs
Design dashboards and produce reports to support decision-making
Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Actively participate in the implementation or enhancement of ERP systems
Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Train users and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for inventory modules

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Analyste Inventaire capable de jouer un rôle stratégique et opérationnel dans la gestion de nos stocks. La personne titulaire du poste contribuera activement à l’optimisation des niveaux d’inventaire, à l’amélioration des processus et à la fiabilité des données.
Rôle :
Analyser les niveaux d’inventaire, les tendances de consommation ainsi que la demande en pièces, composants et consommables
Maintenir des niveaux de stock optimaux afin de soutenir les opérations de réparation tout en réduisant les excédents et l’obsolescence
Mettre en place, au besoin, des indicateurs de performance pertinents
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI), tels que l’exactitude, la rotation et la disponibilité des stocks
Identifier les articles à faible rotation ou obsolètes et recommander des actions correctives
Effectuer les inventaires cycliques, analyser les écarts et assurer la mise en place d’actions correctives
Assurer la traçabilité complète des pièces tout au long des processus de réparation et de remise en stock
Collaborer à la définition des nomenclatures (BOM) et des trousses de pièces pour les réparations standardisées
Concevoir des tableaux de bord et produire des rapports afin de soutenir la prise de décision
Analyser les données des systèmes afin d’identifier les inefficacités et les opportunités d’amélioration
Participer activement à l’implantation ou à l’amélioration des systèmes ERP.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation système et les procédures opérationnelles (SOP).
Former les utilisateurs et agir comme expert fonctionnel (SME) pour les modules d’inventaire.

Les responsabilités principales du technicien en entretien et calibration inclus mais ne sont pas limitées à ce qui suit : voir à l'installation, l'entretien, le dépannage, la remise en état, la réparation et la modification d'équipements industriels, qu'il s'agisse d'équipements de production, de machines-outils, de matériel de manutention ou de tout autre type d'équipement industriel. Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance and Calibration Technician include, but are not limited to, the following: overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, restoration, repair, and modification of industrial equipment, whether it is production equipment, machine tools, handling equipment, or any other type of industrial equipment. The technician is also responsible for the maintenance of the building as well as ventilation and electrical systems. If necessary, they perform calibration of tools and equipment.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the inspection, diagnosis, and calibration of our equipment.
Repair machines when they break down (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical).
Perform improvement work on systems and produce maintenance reports.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Provide technical support to managers in planning, construction, and to external professionals and maintenance staff.
Install, move, or replace various equipment (furniture, production equipment, etc.).
Participate in equipment modifications and the installation of new production machines.
Perform any required general building maintenance tasks.

Les responsabilités principales du technicien en entretien et calibration inclus mais ne sont pas limitées à ce qui suit : voir à l'installation, l'entretien, le dépannage, la remise en état, la réparation et la modification d'équipements industriels, qu'il s'agisse d'équipements de production, de machines-outils, de matériel de manutention ou de tout autre type d'équipement industriel. Il doit également voir à l’entretien du bâtiment ainsi que des systèmes de ventilation et électriques. Au besoin, il effectue la calibration des outils et d’équipements.
Principales responsabilités:
Participer à l'inspection, le diagnostic et la calibration de nos équipements.
Réparer les machines lorsqu'elles tombent en panne (électrique, pneumatique, mécanique)
Effectuer des travaux d’amélioration aux systèmes et produire des rapports d’entretien;
Assurer la maintenance préventive et à l'entretien des équipements.
Agir à titre de soutien technique pour les gestionnaires en planification, en construction et pour les professionnels externes et employés de maintenance;
Installer, déplacer ou remplacer divers équipements (meubles, équipements de production, etc.)
Participer aux modifications d’équipements et à l’installation de nouvelles machines de production.
Effectuer toute tâche générale de maintenance du bâtiment requise

Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance and Calibration Technician include, but are not limited to, the following: overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, restoration, repair, and modification of industrial equipment, whether it is production equipment, machine tools, handling equipment, or any other type of industrial equipment. The technician is also responsible for the maintenance of the building as well as ventilation and electrical systems. If necessary, they perform calibration of tools and equipment.
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the inspection, diagnosis, and calibration of our equipment.
Repair machines when they break down (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical).
Perform improvement work on systems and produce maintenance reports.
Ensure preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.
Provide technical support to managers in planning, construction, and to external professionals and maintenance staff.
Install, move, or replace various equipment (furniture, production equipment, etc.).
Participate in equipment modifications and the installation of new production machines.
Perform any required general building maintenance tasks.

DEP en mécanique industrielle, Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technologie de la mécanique du bâtiment ou dans un domaine d’études connexe.
3 à 5 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente.
Connaissances informatiques (MS Office) et/ou d’un système de gestion des opérations (ERP).
Habiletés à organiser, planifier et prioriser sa charge de travail en fonction des objectifs et des priorités de l’entreprise.
Orienté vers la production (soit la capacité de comprendre et de suivre les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise afin de remplir les exigences du poste selon les bases établies – mesures de performance).

Job Requirements:
DEP in Industrial Mechanics, College Diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanical Technology, or in a related field
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Computer skills (MS Office) and/or an operations management system (ERP).
Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload based on the company's objectives and priorities.
Production-oriented (ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures to meet job requirements on an established basis - performance measures).
Team spirit (a cooperative attitude for process improvement and problem solving).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (bilingualism in French and English is required to effectively communicate with various stakeholders).
