The opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, proactive Front of House Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in great customer service, and thrives as part of a supportive team.

Hours are flexible and will be confirmed in line with business needs

  1. Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the till point and during food service.

  2. Maintain excellent presentation and cleanliness across the front‑of‑house area.

  3. Assist with topping up stock, ensuring displays, counters, and self‑serve areas are always well stocked.

  4. Support basic stock tracking and reporting tasks under the guidance of the Front of House Supervisor.

  5. Carry out routine cleaning duties in line with food safety and hygiene standards.

  6. Follow company HACCP procedures and maintain good food safety practices at all times.

  7. Work collaboratively with the Front of House Supervisor and wider team to deliver a smooth and consistent service.

  8. Build positive rapport with customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Job requirements

About you

You are friendly, hardworking, and committed to delivering excellent service. You enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift. While previous catering or customer service experience is an advantage, it’s not essential — enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
