Our hiring process is thorough, to ensure we make the right decision and to help you to decide if we're the right fit for you.

Getting to know you

We'll screen your application and if your skills and experience match, we will then ask you to complete a remote behavioural assessment. This will be sent to you via email.

Manager’s interview

In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect competency questions on your knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.

Show us what you can do

We want to see your practical insight by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. It might be a presentation on the chosen field, evaluation of your language skills or coding assignment. This is not relevant to every vacancy

Do you offer remote work?

Some of our UK HQ roles can follow our hybrid approach which is 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at your home. This will be outlined in the advert.

How should I prepare for the interview?

Please go through the job description once again and AJW's other web spaces, including social media. Be ready to ask your own questions to help yourself better understand if you might be a good fit for each other.

What do I need to wear for the interview?

We want to see you at your best and we know that you can only do so when you feel most comfortable. Our office attire is smart casual.

What do you evaluate during the interviews?

We look for your motivation and passion to make sure that we are the right future employer for you. We want to assess your skills and experience and most importantly your behaviours.

AJW HQ is located in Slinfold, West Sussex. We have plenty of parking available onsite.
