The opportunity
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering a full-scale renovation and fit-out, coordinating all aspects of construction, design, and delivery. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to bring a bold vision to life—creating a space that blends style, comfort, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the project lifecycle from planning through to handover
Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, and procurement
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, interior designers, and contractors
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
Drive quality and efficiency throughout the build process
Job requirements
About you
Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally in hospitality or leisure
Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
Familiarity with contract administration and project management tools
Desirable
Experience with design-led refurbishments or adaptive reuse projects
Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy efficiency
A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful design
