Job description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and interested in joining a leading aviation company? AJW Group is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our AOG (Aircraft on Ground) team!
As a Customer Service Executive at AJW Group, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to enhance their satisfaction and drive sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer requirements promptly and effectively
Provide quotes to customers and collaborate with internal teams
Procure items for customer needs and negotiate with suppliers for cost optimisation
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the customer experience
Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing
This position involves working 4-on-4-off night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am to support our 24/7, 365-day operation, focusing on Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations where immediate attention is crucial. You will be the primary contact for AOG and priority customer requests, with a £9,000 shift allowance included.

You'll be attentive to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the right information the first time
Self-motivated and able to work within a fast-paced environment
You'll enjoy solving problems, sometimes ones that require input from team members
You'll have gained experience through a customer-facing role where you'll have demonstrated negotiation skills
Confident communication skills
It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum, although this isn't a necessity
