Job description

Are you passionate about aviation and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in the aerospace industry? AJW Group, a leading aviation company, is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic individual to join our Repairs Team as a Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Repairs Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and overseeing the repair process. Your role will include selecting vendors, raising repair orders, and handling order management to meet the business’s expectations and requirements.


Key Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Customer Repairs Team Leader and AJW Group to ensure stock levels meet customer expectations and financial goals
  • Play a key role in MRO Operations
  • Follow all updated procedures for stock upgrades
  • Optimize cost savings and minimize repair turnaround time
  • Support the team in meeting service obligations and department goals
  • Select vendors and process repair orders
  • Collaborate with vendors to control costs and enhance profitability
  • Expedite repair orders to reduce turnaround time
  • Support Sales by prioritizing urgent requests
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inspection as needed


Job requirements

You will bring:

  • Previous experience in customer service within the aviation industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries and facilitate the repair process efficiently
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across different departments
  • Self-Managing: Able to progress solutions without being given specific tasks daily
