Digital Support Engineer

Join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria as a Digital Support Engineer, where you will provide responsive and effective Digital support to colleagues at the AJW Sofia site, acting as the local first point of contact for IT and Digital queries, resolving day-to-day issues where possible and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate teams to ensure reliable systems, services and user experience. 

• Act as the onsite first point of contact for Digital and IT issues at the AJW Sofia office. 

• Provide first-line support for colleagues, troubleshooting hardware, software, access and connectivity issues. 

• Log, manage and update support tickets, ensuring issues are progressed in line with service expectations. 

• Escalate more complex incidents or requests to the wider AJW Service Desk, Infrastructure, Cyber Security or Applications teams as appropriate. 

• Support the setup, maintenance and administration of user devices, accounts and standard business applications. 

• Assist with local Digital tasks and projects, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple locations. 

• Promote good Digital, IT and Cyber Security practices among local colleagues. 

About you

• Experience providing IT administration and support functions.

• Experience working within a multi-functional team environment.

• Experience supporting end users and resolving technical issues.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft technologies.

• Experience using IT ticketing/service management systems.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with minimal direct supervision.

• Team-focused with a collaborative working style.

• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
