Galley Porter

We’re looking for a Galley Porter to join our dynamic team at AJW Group. In this role, you’ll support daily operations by ensuring all galley equipment is cleaned, organized, and ready for use. You'll play a key part in maintaining high standards of efficiency and hygiene in our facility.

Key duties include:

• Clean and sanitize food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.

• Assist with meal prep, including washing, cutting, and chopping ingredients.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

• Unload and store food supplies properly.

• Transfer ingredients from storage to prep areas as needed.

• Cover additional duties when colleagues are on holiday or sick leave.
