The opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and versatile Marketing Executive to supercharge our in-house marketing team. From managing email campaigns and optimising Google Ads to driving SEO strategy and supporting key initiatives like our new website launch — this is your chance to make a real impact in the global aviation industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the CRM Strategy & Operations Manager, and working closely with the wider team, you’ll:

  • Provide support in the creation, launch, and reporting of email campaigns to hit engagement KPIs

  • Help analyse and report on campaign performance to shape marketing strategies

  • Support Google Ads setup, monitoring, and ROI-driven optimisation

  • Help implement and track SEO strategies to boost visibility

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on projects

  • Contribute to key marketing and business initiatives and increase customer engagement

Job requirements

About you

  • 1+ years in B2B or B2C marketing

  • Hands-on experience with email campaigns and Google Ads

  • Familiarity with SEO practices and CRM tools like HubSpot

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Experience using GA4 and Canva (a plus!)

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and a proactive team player
