Join AJW Group as a Product Owner for Inventory Optimisation. Drive the development of AJW’s new Inventory Optimisation product, replacing current systems. Work with teams to create a clear plan, turn business needs into solutions, and deliver a product that improves efficiency and return on investment. Help position AJW as a leader in aviation inventory optimisation.
Key Duties:
Product Development:
Lead the creation and launch of AJW’s new Inventory Optimisation product, replacing current systems.
Ensure continuous product updates based on trends, feedback, and business needs.
Deliver features on time and use data to improve ROI.
Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with AJW’s goals.
Set objectives, measurable outcomes, and a roadmap for success.
Track KPIs and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Collaboration:
Work with teams to address inventory challenges and define requirements.
Align technical and commercial needs with product design.
Share performance reports showcasing product effectiveness.

Job requirements
Experience as a Product Owner/Manager, ideally in aviation, logistics, or supply chain.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain optimisation, and product development.
Strong commercial acumen to balance customer needs and business goals.
Skilled in turning business requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong analytical abilities to define KPIs and measure ROI.
Understanding of digital product development and front-end design.
