Inventory Optimisation Project Manager

Join AJW Group as a Product Owner for Inventory Optimisation. Drive the development of AJW’s new Inventory Optimisation product, replacing current systems. Work with teams to create a clear plan, turn business needs into solutions, and deliver a product that improves efficiency and return on investment. Help position AJW as a leader in aviation inventory optimisation.

Key Duties:

Product Development:

• Lead the creation and launch of AJW’s new Inventory Optimisation product, replacing current systems.

• Ensure continuous product updates based on trends, feedback, and business needs.

• Deliver features on time and use data to improve ROI.

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Define and maintain a clear product vision aligned with AJW’s goals.

• Set objectives, measurable outcomes, and a roadmap for success.

• Track KPIs and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Collaboration:

• Work with teams to address inventory challenges and define requirements.

• Align technical and commercial needs with product design.

• Share performance reports showcasing product effectiveness.

• Experience as a Product Owner/Manager, ideally in aviation, logistics, or supply chain.

• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain optimisation, and product development.

• Strong commercial acumen to balance customer needs and business goals.

• Skilled in turning business requirements into technical solutions.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Strong analytical abilities to define KPIs and measure ROI.

• Understanding of digital product development and front-end design.
