Materials Coordinator

Due to continued growth, increased workload, and exciting internal moves, we’re delighted to announce that we are expanding our team and recruiting for a number of Materials Coordinator roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team where you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials are managed efficiently to keep our operations running smoothly. We’re looking for motivated, organised individuals with great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

To support our recruitment, we’ll be holding an Assessment Centre at our Slinfold HQ on Tuesday 26th August, 10:00 – 12:00. This will give candidates the chance to showcase their skills, learn more about the roles available, and meet the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials

• Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials

• Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements

• Initiates team decision-making on transactions and escalates issues to internal and external management

• Participate in departmental projects

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Management of orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently

About you

• Are you passionate about aviation? Your enthusiasm is a perfect fit for our team!

• You thrive in challenging situations, bouncing back from setbacks with resilience

• While previous account management experience and forecasting skills are a plus, they're not essential

• You enjoy analysing complex data to craft clear and effective solutions
