What you'll be doing

As a key member of our legal team, you'll be involved in diverse responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly and securely, including

  • Drafting and refining agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.

  • Preparing contract amendments and reviewing conditions precedent.

  • Managing KYC processes, due diligence, and compliance requirements.

  • Conducting in-depth legal research and maintaining our contract database.

  • Ensuring compliance with Companies House filings and coordinating with insurance brokers.

  • Supporting administrative tasks like document certification and signature coordination.

  • Contributing to the development of in-house legal resources and training materials.

  • Working towards or interested in completing the SQEA confident and professional approach.Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal teams.

  • The ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the capability to work independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • A basic understanding of PLC (desirable but not essential).
