Power BI / Operational Reporting Analyst

The opportunity

AJW Group is seeking a Power BI / Operational Reporting Analyst to support operational reporting, business insight, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

This role is ideal for candidates from airline, MRO, logistics, engineering, or operational environments who want to move beyond static reporting and help shape how operational performance is measured and improved across a global aviation business.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions.

• Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and insight.

• Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams.

• Support reporting automation and data improvement initiatives.

• Ensure reporting accuracy, governance, and consistency.

• Translate operational requirements into meaningful dashboards and performance reporting.

• Support KPI tracking and operational performance management.

• Assist with operational analysis and business improvement projects.

About you

• Strong Power BI and reporting experience.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.

• Experience working with operational or commercial datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate insight clearly to operational stakeholders.

• Experience with SQL, ERP systems, or aviation operational systems would be advantageous.
