Job description

AJW Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Quantum ERP Business Analyst to own the design, behaviour, and reliability of our component control quantum environment. By controlling how AJW uses Quantum, not simply supporting it, you’ll manage the flow of data through maintenance, inventory, repair, and accounting, and guide business decisions on audit readiness, operational efficiency, and system trust across AJW.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Control the configuration, structure, security, and behaviour across core Quantum modules, including cost control, inventory, repair orders, purchasing, event manager, and accounting, reducing the reliance on workarounds.

  • Own the decision on how and when the system evolves through planning and leading upgrades, patches, and structural changes with a focus on data continuity, operational stability, and audit impact.

  • Build reporting logic from the database up, translating raw SQL into operational and financial insight using tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports.

  • Define and drive data standards, monitor data health, and correct systemic issues at the source.

  • Design, support, and maintain system integrations using API’s, EDI, JSON, XML, and XSLT.

  • Train users on why processes exist, and not just how to run the process.

  • Process and control improvement initiatives through identifying gaps between operational reality and system design, implementing controls, reducing work, and supporting compliance.

  • Provide system evidence, role design, audit trails and control documentation for SOX ITGC and internal audits.

Job requirements

  • Experience supporting aviation MRO or similar complex ERP environments.

  • Hands-on knowledge of component control quantum.

  • Advanced SQL skills with a reporting-first mindset.

  • Experience with Power BI and structured report design.

  • Working knowledge of REST, APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, and legacy ERP tooling such as Delphic.

  • Clear communicator who documents systems and decisions with intent.
