Job description

Join us in our Turkey office for the exciting role of Regional Account Manager. Your primary objective is to lead Customer Service and foster profitable growth by acquiring new customers and enhancing engagement with high-potential customers who may be underperforming.


What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key industry decision-makers to maximise opportunities with existing and potential customers, through frequent visits and contact

  • Monitoring and responding to incoming customer requests via email, phone etc

  • Quote customers and Daily follow up with customers to close on quotations from the previous day

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

  • Maximise all opportunities

  • Present, negotiate and close business deals with new or existing customers

  • Work with the regional team members to ensure opportunities are maximised to drive profitability and ensure defined targets for the region are met or exceeded

  • Understand customer needs, shape new business requirements and be the voice of the customer

  • Maintain accurate customer records and support pipeline management activities

  • Support senior sales managers in developing customer accounts and commercial opportunities

  • Coordinate quotations, follow-ups, and daily customer communication activities

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the assigned region

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely customer support and operational efficiency

Job requirements

To be successful in the role, you'll bring:-

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

  • 2+ years of Business Development or marketing/ Sales management experience (Not experienced candidates will be welcomed too.)

  • Excellent written and verbal English/Turkish communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to provide excellent customer service

  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads

  • Good problem-solving ability with the ability to use initiative and common sense

  • Multiple language skills are preferred (Arabic, Russian)

  • Living or willing to relocate to Turkiye/ Istanbul/ Beylikduzu
