Job description

As a Senior Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team's performance and ensuring operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets in the highly competitive aviation industry. Drive regional commercial growth strategy and take ownership of sales performance, customer engagement, and operational excellence across the assigned territories.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales and operations team, driving a collaborative and customer-focused culture

  • Set clear objectives and KPIs aligned to business goals

  • Support the Managing Director in delivering regional commercial and operational outcomes

  • Drive business growth through customer engagement, strategic negotiations, and new opportunities

  • Manage key proposals and build relationships through regional and international client interaction

  • Develop and deliver strategies to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency

  • Optimise processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer experience

  • Monitor performance and take action to ensure targets are met

  • Build strong customer relationships to support long-term growth and satisfaction

  • Oversee budgets, ensuring cost control and revenue growth

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain quality assurance

  • Provide regular performance reporting and collaborate cross-functionally

Job requirements

To be successful in the role, you'll bring:-

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, aviation management, or a related field;

    Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven track record of leadership and team management in the aviation or aerospace industry.

  • Strong knowledge of aviation operations and sales processes.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

  • Fluent in English, Turkish, and other languages is a plus
