Commercial Executive

As a Commercial Executive, you will be pivotal in structuring commercially viable solutions that drive revenue growth and strengthen AJW’s market position. By delivering well-structured proposals and supporting contract negotiations, you will contribute to our broader goal of providing world-class aviation support solutions while maintaining financial sustainability and operational efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess and respond to RFPs, preparing structured and commercially competitive proposals

• Support contract negotiations and facilitate seamless transitions to operational teams

• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure commercial integrity

• Ensure contract compliance and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop clear, precise, and aligned documentation

• Experience in sales, business development, or account management (aviation preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Project management and risk assessment skills

• Commercial acumen and contract negotiation experience
