The opportunity
AJW Group keeps the world’s aircraft flying by supplying, repairing, and managing aircraft parts for airlines across the globe. AJW Group is offering 3 exciting apprenticeship opportunities within our Component Repairs & Overhaul team and Spares Inventory Management team.
Our Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship gives you the chance to:
Gain valuable business knowledge and understanding
Learn about the customer journey and their needs
Build insight into customer service culture and awareness
Develop personally and professionally – and so much more!
Job requirements
A genuine interest in aviation and the role you’re applying for
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good communication and organisational skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
Must be aged 16 or over
Must have the right to work in the UK for the entire apprenticeship duration
Must not be in full-time education
Must not already hold the same level or higher qualification in the same subject
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred (or willingness to work towards these during the apprenticeship)
