The opportunity

An exciting and truly unique position has just become available at AJW Group!


We are looking for an Assistant to the Chairman’s PA to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. The perfect role for someone starting or building their career in executive support. You’ll work closely with the Chairman’s PA to learn the ropes, support daily operations, and keep things running smoothly in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries, schedules, and invitations

  • Coordinate travel, including international trips

  • Screen and draft emails, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes

  • Organise events, venues, and logistics

  • Liaise with internal teams, household staff, and external contacts

  • Support with errands, ad hoc tasks, and occasional out-of-hours needs

Job requirements

About you

  • Exceptional organisation and calendar management skills

  • Excellent communication, polished English, and discretion

  • Confident with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

  • Professional, flexible, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
