Come and join AJW Group as our Freights Accounts Administrator! By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. 

 

Joining AJW as a Freights Account Administrator you will proactively review all freight invoices are in accordance with agreed cost tariffs and to ensure all freight, where applicable is charged in parallel with agreed customer tariffs.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Take ownership of designated vendor freight accounts.

  • Process all freight invoices in accordance with the procedures set.

  • To recharge freight costs to our customers where required.

  • To ensure weekly review of invoices in query.

  • Contact your vendors to resolve queries related to invoices.

  • Reconcile vendor statements monthly.

  • Escalate any difficulties through the Freights Accounts Team Leader/ Customs Manager.

  • Maintain and improve processes.
