Supplier Executive

The opportunity

AJW Group is looking for a Supplier Executive to manage a set group of suppliers and spend, as agreed with the Head of Supplier Management. You’ll be responsible for achieving clear, measurable targets around supplier performance and cost savings.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Lead regular supplier meetings and visits, acting as a key point of contact for any issues.

• Drive improvements in cost, delivery, contract quality, and risk.

• Monitor KPIs, report on performance, and support cost-saving targets.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

• Stay informed on market trends and support strategic supplier decisions.

• Support other tasks as needed by the Supplier Management team.

About you

• Experience in procurement, supplier management, and repairs

• Aviation industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident analysing spend and market data

• Able to manage supplier performance and due diligence

• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable with change

• Good at working with stakeholders and handling varied tasks
