The opportunity

AJW is looking for a Warehouse Inspector (Serviceable) to join our dynamic team, playing a vital role in supporting our busiest and largest customer. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We have 3 different shift patterns available 1) 4 on 4 off night shift 2) Monday - Friday 0830- 1730 3) 4 on 4 off days 07:00- 19:00. The roles are offered on either 6 or 12-month fixed-term contracts, or permanent.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures at all times.

  • Inspect incoming and outgoing aircraft parts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with order requirements.

  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Support the delivery of ongoing projects as required.

  • Take accountability for the proper handling and care of both company and customer assets.

  • Complete all mandatory training relevant to the role and industry standards.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems and their application within the business.

  • Work collaboratively towards achieving team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify and report any non-conformances in line with company procedures.

Job requirements

About you

  • Experience in goods inspection, warehousing, or aviation logistics, and inspecting components.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

  • Good communication skills for liaising with customers and teams
