The opportunity

Be part of a global leader in aviation support services. At AJW Group, we specialise in the supply, exchange, repair, and lease of aircraft spare parts for commercial and business aviation worldwide.

As a Logistics Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our parts and consignments reach customers, both in the UK and around the globe, on time and in full. You’ll join a knowledgeable and supportive team, where collaboration is key and no two days are the same. If you're looking to develop your logistics expertise in a fast-paced, international environment, this is the place to grow.

We have vacancies available across both the night shift (4 on 4 off 1900-0700) and day shift (4 on 4 off 0700-1900) and will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contact.

What will you be doing

  • Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through global shipping 

  • You'll research and use the most economical and fast-paced methods of moving consignments globally

  • Decide on the best method of shipping

  • Complete compliance documents 

  • Negotiating the cost of shipping 

  • Consider handling, labelling, and shipping dangerous goods 

  • Collaborating with internal departments to achieve department and company goals, in particular, the warehouse to ensure that no interruptions happen in the customer journey

  • Meeting set company goals

Job requirements

About you

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain coordination

  • Familiarity with shipping paperwork, customs, or freight terms

  • Confidence working with logistics systems or databases
