Logistics Executive (Day Shift)

By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world-leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. As a Logistics Executive,  you will be working with our customers both internationally and domestically to ensure that the consignments are delivered in full on time, every time. 

The logistics team provides a collaborative atmosphere, where you can continue to learn and specialise in logistics within a fast-paced environment, supported by people that are true specialists. This role is on-site at our HQ in Slinfold. 

Hours 07:00-19:00 4 on 4 off and you will be required to work onsite at our HQ in Slinfold. This will include a £3,000 shift allowance on top of offered salary.

What you will be doing

• Exceed customer expectations and meet requirements through the global shipping 

• You'll research and use the most economical and fast-paced methods of moving consignments globally

• Decide the best method of shipping

• Complete compliance documents 

• Negotiating the cost of shipping 

• Consider handling, labeling, and shipping dangerous goods 

• Collaborating with internal departments to achieve department and company goals, in particular, the warehouse to ensure that no interruptions happen in the customer journey

• Meeting set company goals
