Job description

AJW is seeking a creatively-minded Digital Marketing Executive to join the highly dynamic Marketing Team to support the content creation for our digital marketing, allowing us to produce high quality, relevant and creative content that drives engagement both internally and externally. This role is integral to promoting the values, employer branding, and business-related activities through digital channels.


Working alongside, and supporting, the Digital Marketing Manager and wider Marketing Team to:

     

  • Creating and managing email campaigns and social media content (both organic and paid)

  • Producing video content that reflects our brand

  • Supporting paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads), tracking performance and optimising for results

  • Analysing data to improve campaigns and identify new opportunities

  • Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider team to keep projects on track

  • Coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives

  • Using insights and analytics to measure impact and drive improvements

Job requirements

About you

  • 1+ years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail

  • Experience managing email campaigns, social media accounts (organic and paid), and paid search campaigns

  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
