Job description
AJW is seeking a creatively-minded Marketing Executive to join the highly dynamic Marketing Team to support the delivery of comprehensive marketing activity across AJW Group, promoting the organisation’s values, brand, and business priorities to both internal and external audiences.
Reporting into the Communications Manager and working as part of the wider Marketing team, you will be an astute, motivated, and proactive general marketer, with a particular strength and interest in communications.
What you’ll be doing:
Deliver effective, consistent communications across internal and external channels
Create, edit, and deliver engaging marketing and communications content across digital, print, and internal platforms
Support external communications to customers and stakeholders to strengthen brand awareness and engagement
Support internal communications initiatives to enhance employee engagement and alignment with business objectives using the company’s intranet platform to keep employees informed and connected
Ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, and aligned with agreed messaging and tone of voice
Produce video content for YouTube and social media that reflects the brand’s personality and values
Assist with planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive measurable results
Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns and projectsAssist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external marketing campaigns that support brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
Provide hands-on support across the wider marketing team as required, contributing to cross-functional initiatives
Support key strategic projects such as website launches/upgrades, brand refresh activity, and campaign rollouts
Coordinate activity with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Drive marketing effectiveness through insight, organisation, and continuous improvement
Monitor and report on marketing activity performance, using data and insight to inform recommendations and improvements
Support the development and maintenance of marketing processes, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
Assist with the adoption of marketing technology, tools, and automation to streamline activity and improve output
Proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working, content effectiveness, and campaign outcomeand continuously improved to maximise return on investment.

2+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a B2B or B2C environment.
Broad marketing skill set with a particular strength or interest in communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
Experience creating and delivering content across multiple channels, including email and social media
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (including stock libraries)
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
A motivated, proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively, while also able to work independently
Positive, adaptable “can-do” attitude with a willingness to support the wider marketing team as required
Desirable
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and wider marketing projects
Experience using website content management systems (CMS)
Familiarity with digital analytics and performance reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
Interest in marketing technology, automation and continuous improvement
Experience managing social media activity (organic and paid) and supporting paid digital campaigns
Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
