Marketing Executive

The opportunity

The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of AJW’s global marketing activity, helping to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support commercial growth. This role works across the full AJW Group, contributing to campaigns, content, and communications that reach a global aviation audience. The position combines creativity with execution supporting day-to-day marketing activity while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Create and manage content (e.g. social media, website, email, presentations)

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

• Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives

• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights

• Manage and update marketing assets and systems (e.g. website, CRM, content libraries)

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business initiatives

• Assist with events, exhibitions, and industry engagement

About you

• Experience in a marketing, communications, or content role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Good understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, web)

• Attention to detail and brand awareness

• Experience using marketing tools or platforms (e.g. CMS, CRM, social tools)
