Join us in a key role supporting one of AJW's largest contracts, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships. Working Pattern:
We are open to discussing a range of working patterns to suit the right candidate. This role can be worked on a 12-hour day shift rota pattern or on a Monday to Friday schedule, subject to business requirements and mutual agreement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Spearheading the global distribution of aircraft component materials

  • Navigating the procurement process for aircraft component materials

  • Maintaining inventory levels within contractual agreements

  • Initiates team decision-making on transactions and escalates issues to internal and external management

  • Participate in departmental projects

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery

  • Management of orders against expected timeframes and resolving queries efficiently

Job requirements

  • Previous aviation industry experience is essential.

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Experience with procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or aircraft components is advantageous.

  • Confidence working with systems and analysing data to support decision-making.

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
