The opportunity
As a Warehouse Inspector (Part 145) on night shift, you’ll play a key role in supporting our largest and busiest customer by ensuring all incoming goods and components are received, handled, and inspected to the highest standards. You will be responsible for verifying the accuracy, quality, and compliance of all parts, ensuring they meet regulatory and contractual requirements. Timely and precise booking of units is essential to maintain operational efficiency and uphold our service commitments.
What you’ll be doing:
Support the delivery of services under the easyJet airworthiness framework, including knowledge and application of the SPM, MOE, and Part 145 handling procedures. Full training provided (Fuel Test Safety System, Human Factors, Part CAMO/145 Continuation, DG Awareness).
Carry out visual inspections of all incoming serviceable materials to ensure condition and documentation meet requirements.
Accurately receive and book in units using both AJW and easyJet inventory systems.
Communicate with the customer daily to support operational needs and maintain strong working relationships.
Investigate and resolve material queries and manage quarantined items in a timely and effective manner.
Stay informed of industry standards and regulations regarding part compliance, approved suppliers, service bulletins, and modifications.
Understand and contribute towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level commitments.
Provide support with incoming projects and operational tasks as required.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the warehouse.
Collaborate with other departments to support business operations where needed.
Job requirements
About you
Strong working knowledge of Quantum and/or AMOS systems at an advanced level
Proven experience in inspection processes, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Solid understanding of Part 145 regulatory environments and compliance requirements
Previous experience in the aviation industry, ideally in a warehouse or maintenance setting
Background in inspection roles, with a focus on quality and regulatory standards
Strong understanding of operational processes and workflow management
Awareness of contractual obligations and service-level expectations
Valid forklift licence (counterbalance and/or reach)
