Supply Chain Systems Specialist

The opportunity

AJW Group is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Specialist to support and enhance the systems and processes that underpin our global aviation supply chain operations.

This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, supporting system optimisation, and ensuring data accuracy across supply chain and logistics activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Support and maintain supply chain and operational systems.

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams to improve workflows and processes.

• Analyse operational data and system performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Create reports, dashboards, and operational insights.

• Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist with system testing, upgrades, and implementation projects.

• Investigate and resolve operational system issues.

• Ensure data accuracy and governance across operational platforms.

About you

• Experience within supply chain, logistics, aviation, MRO, or operational environments.

• Strong systems and analytical capability.

• Experience using ERP or operational systems.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.

• Experience with aviation systems, Power BI, JIRA, SAP, Quantum, or similar platforms would be advantageous.
